  4. Organic Lisa

Got a girl crush on: Organic Lisa

I’ve always admired people who manage to eat healthy all the time (without being high maintenance!). My friend Lisa has nailed that down to a science—literally! She is currently getting her masters in Nutritional Science and recently started a healthy/enviro-conscious food blog called Organic Lisa. She offers amazing and attainable advice on how to eat healthier without making you feel like you’re going to keel over and die tomorrow because you’re eating so bad right now.

You can find posts on how not to blow it when you’re on vacation, whether or not Trader Joes is actually healthy, and what those silly labels on food packaging actually mean.
