I’m a real sucker for movies centered around parent-child bonding, and I’m glad to see that Sofia Coppola is exploring this relationship in her new movie Somewhere. Say what you will about her movies and ability as a filmmaker, but you can’t deny that they are always visually stunning and well soundtracked (did I just make up a new adjective?).
