Got a Girl Crush On: Metalworker, Lane Walkup

Everything is constructed by Lane in a shop using her forge, hammer, anvil, and an array of other hand tools, allowing the pieces to take a unique and personal form. Inspired by the fluidity of minimal shapes and the chemistry behind metalwork, special attention has been paid to detail and structure. Each piece is made using traditional blacksmithing and metal fabrication methods. Initially starting out in North Carolina, Lane has since moved her shop to Portland, Oregon.
